Frequently Asked Questions

Dry cleaning is a process used to clean clothes and fabrics without using water. Instead of water, a special liquid called a solvent is used to remove dirt and stains from the fabric. The clothes are placed in a machine that looks like a regular washing machine but works with the solvent instead of water. This method is gentle on delicate fabrics like silk, wool, and certain synthetic materials that might get damaged or shrink if washed with water.

The dry-cleaning process involves several steps. First, the clothes are inspected for stains, and special treatments are applied to tough spots. Then, they go into the machine with the solvent, where they are cleaned and rinsed. After cleaning, the solvent is removed, and the clothes are dried. Finally, the garments are pressed and ironed to remove any wrinkles, making them look fresh and ready to wear. This method is especially useful for clothes that need special care or have labels that say “dry clean only.”

We have a $35 minimum order total and our pickup and delivery service is always free!
