It’s your first pickup, so here is what to expect with your first order
On laundry day, you’ll get your own, personalized garment bag; this bag is yours to keep! Just in case, we’ll remind you the night before and then again on the day of your service to make sure you don’t forget.
When your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded and hung at your designated drop-off location.
Enter your contact information, set number of bags to pickup, detail your preferred location for pickups and deliveries, add your payment information, and schedule your first pickup. That’s it!
With your first order, you will leave your clothes in disposable bags for our drivers to pick up. When we return your clean clothes, we will include your personalized garment bag.
Once you have these bags, you can stuff them full at your convenience for future orders.
If you need more bags or replacement bags, just ask!
These are your garments needing professional dry cleaning or launder & press service. These garments are returned on hangers. Say goodbye to trips to the cleaners!
Our standard turnaround for orders is 3 business days. If you require rush services, please contact us.
Exceptions apply for specialty and large sized orders.
Pickup and delivery is always free but we do have a $35 minimum order.
Dry Cleaning: Our dry cleaning processes use organic solvent as opposed to harmful alternatives. These garments are returned pressed on hangers and inserted into your personalized garment bag.
